onTAP Series 4000 is Selected as Finalist in 2009 Best in Test
NASHUA, NH February 11, 2009 – onTAP Series 4000 featuring ProScan, has been selected by the editors of Test & Measurement world as a finalist for the 2009 Boundary Scan Best in Test contest.
